  2013/07 —今，遼寧科技大學冶金工程系教授，2016年任博士生導師，2019年任教授三級；（2018.06 — 2019.05，科羅拉多礦業學院冶金與材料工程系Colorado School of Mines, Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering訪問學者，合作教授Sridhar Seetharaman）；
   2008/05 — 2013/06，江西理工大學冶金與化學工程學院，2008年5月任講師，2010年7月任副教授、碩士生導師；
   2001/09 — 2008/01，北京科技大學冶金學院，碩博連讀，冶金物理化學專業；
   2000/08 — 2001/06，萊鋼集團特殊鋼廠，電弧爐煉鋼操作員；
   1996/09 — 2000/07，鞍山鋼鐵學院（現遼寧科技大學）冶金系，鋼鐵冶金專業，學士；
【主要工作成就】
   從事鋼冶金及材料理論與工藝研究，在國際上最早將原子/分子團簇概念引入鋼液結構理論中，提出了鋼中夾雜物二步形核理論、鋼液-夾雜物及鋼-第二相界面DFT/MD預測方法和夾雜物低界面能化調控技術。主持國家自然科學基金項目3項、省級和企業課題13項，參加國家自然基金重點項目1項（2/10）；獲國家技術發明二等獎1項（4/4）；以第一/通訊作者發表期刊論文60篇，SCI收錄30余篇；獨立出版專著1部，參編國際冶金學專著Treatise on Process Metallurgy和全國煉鋼學教材各1部。獲全國冶金高校青年教師提名獎、遼寧省優秀研究生指導教師、遼寧科技大學青年拔尖人才、優秀科技工作者；指導研究生獲遼寧省優秀碩士學位論文1人、校優秀碩士論文2人。主講本科生《冶金物理化學》（獲批遼寧省一流課程）、碩/博士研究生《冶金過程理論》、《冶金熱力學與動力學》、《潔凈鋼與夾雜物》、《鋼鐵冶金科技進展》等課程。
